The whole staff at NYU was professional and compassionate throughout the entire process, and I have now recommended them to multiple friends. I was previously going to another clinic for fertility treatment, and I switched to NYU. The staff at the other fertility clinic was lovely, but the system felt very unorganized, and I always felt like I was having to call to figure out what I was supposed to be doing or if I had a bill that needed to be paid. By comparison, NYU was MUCH more organized, and the whole process was easy to navigate.”
