Gestational Carrier Agencies

Thank you for choosing NYU Langone Fertility Center (NYULFC) for your fertility care. We look forward to helping you to build your family. Please be advised that all cycles involving a Gestational Carrier must be coordinated by a surrogacy agency approved by NYULFC.

NYULFC is not affiliated with any of the gestational carrier agencies listed above and does not endorse any one agency over another. Please explore which agencies best meet your family’s needs as you embark upon your fertility care journey using a gestational carrier.

In some cases, intended parents may have a family member or close friend that volunteers to be a gestational carrier. NYULFC still requires an agency as an intermediary for these cases. There are strict guidelines that we follow to ensure that this is a safe and efficient process for all involved parties. We do not recommend informal relationships or attempts to locate potential gestational carriers online without going through a certified agency. This is an intensive process that requires exacting adherence to FDA regulations and state and national guidelines, and should not be undertaken without significant experience and expertise.

As you consider your gestational carrier options, please be aware that NYULFC complies with ASRM, NYSDOH and FDA regulations for gestational carriers. Current regulations require genetic and specific infectious-disease screening for gestational carriers, gamete donors, and intended parents. Patients are responsible for payment of costs associated with these screening processes. Please contact your Patient Care Coordinator to initiate a cycle involving a Gestational Carrier. If you have questions about the surrogacy process or have already found your Gestational Carrier, please contact NYULFC’s Third Party Care Coordinator, Zuzanna Duda, directly at 212-263-0029 or zuzanna.duda@nyulangone.org
