Insurance coverage for infertility treatments vary based on your provider and specific plan. At NYULFC, we have a team of financial counselors to help you understand your coverage prior to treatment. We currently partner with Aetna, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford Health Plans, and Empire BCBS.
