Traveling from Chelsea to the East Side NYU Langone Fertility Center
Whether you live near the High Line, Chelsea Market, Chelsea Piers, or anywhere in between, our East Side fertility clinic is easy to get to no matter where you call home. Thanks to our proximity to major roads and public transportation options, as well as NYCs incredible walkability and bike-ability, our office is conveniently accessible by every form of travel. Below are some helpful tips and directions to help you navigate your way from anywhere in Chelsea.
By Car (approximately 20 minutes):
- From the High Line on W. 23th St., head southeast on W. 23rd St. toward 8th Ave.
- Turn left onto 3rd Ave.
- Turn left onto East 53rd Street.
- Our office will be on the right between 3rd Avenue and Lexington Avenue.
By Public Transportation:
Option #1 (approximately 15 minutes):
- Take the E train towards Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer from 23rd Street to Lexington Avenue/53rd Street (6 stops)
- Our office will be on the north side of 53rd Street between Lexington Avenue and 3rd Avenue
Option #2 (approximately 20 minutes):
- Take the M train towards Forest Hills-71 Avenue 5 stops to Lexington Avenue/53rd Street
- Our office will be on the north side of 53rd Street between Lexington Avenue and 3rd Avenue

Walking (approximately 50 minutes):
Our East Side office is approximately two miles away from the heart of Chelsea. The most direct walking path to our fertility clinic from Chelsea is:
- From 23rd St. and 9th Ave., head southeast on W. 23rd St. toward 8th Ave.
- Make a left on Lexington Ave.
- Make a right on E 53rd St.
- Our office will be on the north side of 53rd Street between Lexington Avenue and 3rd Avenue
Biking (approximately 15 minutes):
New York City is home to many bike lanes, making it very easy to get from point A to point B in a flash. Even if you don’t own a bicycle, you have the option of renting one through the Citi Bike program. Chelsea has several Citi Bike stations with dozens of bikes available on a daily basis.
- From the Citi Bike station located on W. 22nd St. and 10th Ave., head southeast on W. 22nd St. toward 9th Ave.
- Turn left onto 8th Ave.
- Turn left onto West 52nd Street
- Turn left onto 3rd Avenue
- Turn left onto East 53rd Street
- Our office will be on the north side of 53rd Street between Lexington Avenue and 3rd Avenue
