The East Side NYU Langone Fertility Center is an easy trip from Chelsea, Manhattan.
Whether you live near the High Line, Chelsea Market, Chelsea Piers, or anywhere in between, our East Side fertility clinic is easy to get to no matter where you call home. Thanks to our proximity to major roads and public transportation options, as well as NYC’s incredible walkability and bike-ability, our office is conveniently accessible by every form of travel. Below are some helpful tips and directions to help you navigate your way from anywhere in Chelsea.
By Car (approximately 20 minutes):
From the High Line on W. 30th St., head southeast on W. 30th St. toward 10th Ave.
Turn left onto 10th Ave.
Turn right onto W. 36th St.
Continue onto E. 36th St.
Turn left onto First Ave.
Our office will be on the right between E. 37th St. and E. 38th St.
By Public Transportation:
Option #1 (approximately 25 minutes):
Get on the M23-SBS Crosstown Select Bus at West 23rd St. and 9th Avenue, heading East
Please note that, before riding a Select Bus Service bus, you must purchase a ticket from the ticket kiosk. You can find ticket kiosks on the sidewalk close to the Select Bus Service stop. Tickets are $2.75 for most riders and can be purchased with a Metro Card or exact change.
Take the M23-SBS bus to the E. 23rd St. and 1st Avenue stop, about 8 stops
Walk northwest on E. 32nd St. towards 1st Avenue and turn right on 1st Avenue. Get on the M15 heading towards East Harlem, located on the corner of 1st Avenue and E. 23rd St.
Take the M15 bus to 1st Avenue and E. 36th St., about 6 stops
Walk northeast on 1st Avenue toward E. 37th St. Our office will be on the right between E. 37th St. and E. 38th St.
Option #2 (approximately 30 minutes):
From W. 23rd St. on 8th Ave., take the E Train heading towards Queens to the 42nd St. – Port Authority Bus Terminal stop
Exit via 8th Ave. and 42nd St. at the northeast corner
Get on the M42 Crosstown bus heading East, located on the corner of 42nd St. and 8th Ave, across the street from Duane Reade
Take the M42 bus to 42nd St. and 1st Ave. stop, about 10 stops
Head southwest on 1st Ave./United Nations Plaza toward E. 41st. St. Our office will be on the left between E. 37th St. and E. 38th. St.

Walking (approximately 40-45 minutes):
Our East Side office is approximately two miles away from the heart of Chelsea. The most direct walking path to our fertility clinic from Chelsea is:
From 23rd St. and 9th Ave., head southeast on W. 23rd St. toward 8th Ave.
Make a left on 3rd Ave.
Make a right on E 26th St.
Make a left on 1st Ave.
Our office will be on the right between E. 37th St. and E. 38th St.
Biking (approximately 15 minutes):
New York City is home to many bike lanes, making it very easy to get from point A to point B in a flash. Even if you don’t own a bicycle, you have the option of renting one through the Citi Bike program. Chelsea has several Citi Bike stations with dozens of bikes available on a daily basis.
From the Citi Bike station located on W. 22nd St. and 10th Ave., head southeast on W. 22nd St. toward 9th Ave.
Turn left onto 1st Ave.
Our office will be on the right between E. 37th St. and E. 38th St.
