Dr. Hodes-Wertz is board-certified in both Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Hodes-Wertz is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Director at the NYU Langone Fertility Center. She completed advanced infertility training with a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the NYU School of Medicine in New York, NY. She also received her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the NYU School of Medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine undefined Dentistry NJ in 2007, where she also received her masters in public health.
Dr. Hodes-Wertzundefineds clinical articles have been published in the Journal of Assisted Reproduction and Genetics, Obstetrics undefined Gynecology, and Fertility undefined Sterility.
Her areas of special interest include female infertility, male infertility, in vitro fertilization, fertility preservation, recurrent miscarriage, polycystic ovary syndrome, hysteroscopy, endometriosis, preimplantation diagnosis, fertility, family-building for LGBTQ patients, surrogate mothers, minimally invasive surgery, egg freezing, fibroid tumor, oocyte recovery, endometriosis surgery, ovulation induction, gynecological surgery, artificial insemination, ectopic pregnancy, and egg donation.
